2. Black footed cat.
These cats can live up to 13 freaking years. They are still perhaps the smallest wild cats you will ever come across in Africa, and weigh as little as 2.4 lb to 4.2 lb. The male cats are about 14 to 18 inches long and the females are comparatively smaller. The under part of their paws is black and that is basically what gives them their name. Their eyes as you can see in the picture are exceptionally big. Their main habitat is Southern Africa. They start developing very quickly as babies as compared to the domestic species, that too is an adaptation of them to their habitats. When they get about two weeks old they are already walking, as a month has gone by their solid food intake starts, and by 4 to 5 months they are capable enough to live independently. This specie is one of the most unfriendly cats to be ever discovered and even a hint of any unwanted presence would cause them to flee.
